Suncadia

We had an itch to get out of town and spend the weekend away...so we ventured over the pass to Suncadia. The lodge was beautiful and our room was cozy ~ complete with a hideabed for the boys to sleep on and a kitchenette so we could make popcorn and hot cocoa while we played UNO and Old Maid. The boys had fun playing in the treehouses, riding their scooters around the resort and most of all, swimming! Sean and I felt like kids again as we took turns going down the waterslides! Lake went once all by himself, but never again - he told me his heart was beating so hard inside his body. I also had to laugh at Lake when we went to dinner that night at a fancy restaurant and Lake kept whispering to West telling him to be quiet because we were at a "quiet house restaurant". He was so well-behaved! Suncadia was so peaceful and so beautiful - we really enjoyed our weekend.
