Embrace Life

Saturday night we celebrated the success of Washington and Alaska agents who have embraced our client's Life needs. State Farm recently made a sizeable donation to the American Cancer Society as we closed out the September and October Life Insurance Awareness Months. We had a delicious dinner at Ray's Boathouse and stayed downtown at the W Hotel.

Our Arizona Fling

We just returned from a relaxing 6-day fling in Arizona. We had a wonderful time with Sean's parents at their place in Anthem. Our boys swam like fish 24/7 and just couldnt get enough of the pool! They were so excited to swim with their cousin Madi too! We finally had to make them swim in socks because their feet were getting all scraped up from the sides of the pool. Here are a few of the cutest pics I had to share!

On Sunday we took Sean's dad with us to the NASCAR race in Phoenix! We had such a great time together and as it was his first race, I will never forget the expression on Craig's face when they waved the green flag and all the cars went racing past us on that first lap!

We enjoyed 2 last days of luxury at the Firesky Resort in Scottsdale. More swimming & sun!

We had such a fun trip together as a family! The boys did so awesome on the airplane and had such a blast every day! We made so many memories!
I've posted all our pics from the trip on facebook if you want to see more.

Best Buddies

Weston invited one of his best friends from school over to play today. West & Keion spent the afternoon together playing football out in the front yard. They had so much fun!

Trick or Treat!

We'll always remember this Halloween as the one that Weston had surgery to remove a bean from his ear! His sweet friend Madison took a 'bean' from the sensory table at school and put it in West's ear. The doctor attempted to remove it - and couldn't. We then went to an ENT specialist who also tried all his special tools and couldnt get it out. So early on the morning of Halloween, West wore his Batman costume into surgery and finally they got the 'bean' out. Actually the 'bean' turned out to be a kernal of corn from a cob of decorative indian corn. My little Batman was such a brave patient!

All the bean drama didnt hold him back from trick or treating that night. We joined the McGinnesses and company for a night of fun! Thanks for inviting us over Les!

Happy Halloween!
